MJ Foxley, American Honda's Safety Strategy Leader, emphasized the app's importance in addressing the concerning statistic that nearly one-third of U.S. traffic fatalities involve drivers under 25. With summer driving season approaching, the app aims to positively influence young drivers and enhance overall road safety.

The app provides real-time feedback through visual and audio cues, alerting drivers to harsh braking, acceleration, or steering. It tracks driving data and generates a score at the end of each trip. A library of instructional videos offers personalized recommendations based on individual driving performance, and users can also browse and view videos at any time.

Honda's focus on this technology stems from its position as the leading brand among Gen Z new car buyers and the alarming statistic regarding traffic fatalities involving young drivers.
