As Kevin Costner navigates his second divorce, his first wife, Cindy Silva, has been spotted in public. Silva, 66, was recently photographed in California outside a Gelson's grocery store, dressed casually. Costner and Silva were married from 1978 to 1994 and share three children: Annie, Lily, and Joe. Costner also has a son with Bridget Rooney and three children with his estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner.

At the time of their 1994 divorce, Costner and Silva released a statement indicating they had "amicably resolved all issues" and reached a "full marital settlement." Reports suggest Silva received an $80 million settlement. The pair reportedly met when Silva worked in marketing and Costner was a stage manager. Costner's acting career took off during their marriage, with successes like "The Untouchables," "Bull Durham," and "Field of Dreams." His directorial debut, "Dances with Wolves," garnered him two Oscars and a nomination for best actor. This success continued with hits like "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves," "JFK," and "The Bodyguard."

In a 2012 interview, Costner reflected on the divorce, expressing the pain of seeing his children less frequently. Now, Costner faces another divorce, this time from Baumgartner. A judge recently ruled in Costner's favor, ordering Baumgartner to leave their Santa Barbara estate by the end of July. This ruling stems from a pre-marital agreement stipulating that Baumgartner would vacate Costner's properties in the event of a divorce. This prenuptial agreement stands in contrast to Costner's first marriage, where the lack of such an agreement resulted in a significant financial settlement. Costner's legal team emphasized the importance of having a home base, especially given his frequent work travel.

Costner's career has continued to flourish, particularly with his role in "Yellowstone." He reportedly earns $1.3 million per episode. Both Costner and Baumgartner have filed for joint custody of their three children. Baumgartner is seeking $248,000 per month in child support, along with full coverage of the children's education and healthcare expenses. Costner's initial declaration noted a $1 million deposit into Baumgartner's account as per their pre-marital agreement, along with an additional $200,000 allocated upon marriage and after their first anniversary, which has reportedly grown to $1.45 million for her use, including securing new housing.
