Representative Ryan Zinke (R-MT) has formally endorsed Tim Sheehy in the upcoming Montana Senate race. Sheehy, a decorated war veteran, aims to challenge incumbent Democratic Senator Jon Tester in the 2024 election.

Zinke, in an exclusive interview, praised Sheehy's leadership qualities, military service, and understanding of the values at stake in the election. He emphasized the need for leaders who have demonstrated their commitment to the Constitution, particularly in combat situations.

Sheehy's impressive military career includes over 200 missions in Iraq and service in Afghanistan, South America, and the Pacific. He has been awarded the Bronze Star for valor and the Purple Heart, which Zinke himself had the honor of presenting.

Zinke stressed the significance of the 2024 election, citing the challenges facing the nation, such as the national debt, China's growing influence, and border security. He believes Sheehy possesses the necessary courage and leadership to tackle these issues effectively.

Sheehy's campaign has garnered significant support from within the Republican party, including endorsements from Montana Governor Greg Gianforte and Senators Tom Cotton (R-AR), Markwayne Mullin (R-OK), and Steve Daines (R-MT).
