Herbstreit shared the President's letter, dated November 22nd, which acknowledged the comfort and love Ben brought to countless people across the nation. Biden’s message emphasized Ben's sensitivity and unwavering companionship, even during difficult times. The President, having experienced the loss of a pet himself, offered his condolences and recognized Ben as "a good boy."
