During a recent episode of the "New Heights" podcast, Travis and his brother, former Eagles center Jason Kelce, discussed the phenomenon. Travis expressed his disbelief that opposing fans are consistently responsible for dressing the statue, especially given its frequent occurrence before Eagles victories. He believes it's a calculated move by Eagles fans to ignite the city's passion and create a more electrifying atmosphere.

Jason playfully entertained the idea, calling it a "conspiracy I can get behind." They recalled instances where the statue was clad in Tom Brady's jersey before the Eagles' Super Bowl win against the Patriots, as well as Giants and 49ers gear during the Eagles' 2023 Super Bowl run. Even a Chiefs shirt made an appearance before Super Bowl LVII, but Travis questioned its authenticity, suggesting it looked like "Chiefs" was hastily scrawled in marker.

The Kelce brothers' playful banter adds another layer of intrigue to the upcoming Super Bowl LIX matchup between the Chiefs and the Eagles.
