Emerging videos and images circulating on social media platforms appear to reveal China's inaugural flight of a cutting-edge fighter jet, possibly representing a sixth-generation design. This development marks a significant advancement in military aviation technology.

The previously unseen aircraft was observed undergoing flight tests alongside a Chengdu J-20S, a two-seater fighter jet, presumably acting as an escort. This event took place over Chengdu, Sichuan province, on December 26th, coinciding with the birth anniversary of Mao Zedong, the founder of the People's Republic of China.

This revelation comes as the United States continues its development of the Next Generation Air Dominance (NGAD) fighter, intended to succeed the F-22 Raptor. While fifth-generation aircraft are characterized by stealth capabilities, the sixth generation is anticipated to incorporate even more advanced technologies.
