In a remarkable turn of events, two individuals emerged unscathed from a small plane crash in south central California on Sunday morning. The aircraft landed inverted in a vegetable field near Shafter, close to the Minton Field Airport.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene swiftly, anticipating a dire situation. However, they were met with an unexpected sight: both occupants had already exited the overturned plane and declined medical attention. The Kern County Fire Department, who reported the incident on Facebook, expressed relief at the fortunate outcome.

With no further passengers requiring assistance and no immediate hazards present, the Shafter Police Department took over the scene. The Federal Aviation Administration is currently investigating the circumstances that led to the crash.
