Hurd, who recently launched his presidential campaign, reaffirmed his refusal to pledge support for the eventual Republican nominee, a requirement set by the Republican National Committee for participation in the upcoming debates. Hurd's visit coincided with campaign events by other GOP candidates, including Trump and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, in New Hampshire, a key early primary state.
