A woman accused of boarding a Delta Air Lines flight to Paris without a ticket caused a commotion on the return flight to New York, according to reports citing French officials. Video footage shows the woman shouting and resisting flight attendants who tried to calm her. The woman, identified as a Russian national and U.S. resident, reportedly lacked the necessary documents to enter France.

The incident began last week when the woman allegedly snuck onto Delta Flight 264. A flight attendant became suspicious due to the woman's extended bathroom breaks. She was reportedly scheduled for deportation back to the U.S. on Tuesday afternoon, but her outburst led to her removal from the plane and subsequent detainment by French police. Officials had planned for her to be escorted by U.S. Marshals on the flight.

The TSA confirmed that the woman passed through security and boarding checks without proper documentation. Delta Air Lines is conducting a thorough investigation into the security breach. Federal authorities are also investigating the incident.
